A refund request can be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase if activation is no longer possible, even after extensive troubleshooting.
If the eSIM is already in use and a technical issue arises that Yoho Mobile cannot resolve promptly, a refund may be issued for the remaining data. Cooperation from the customer is essential for a quick resolution; otherwise, the refund may not be granted.
Each data package has its own validity period and policy, which can be found in our Fair Use Policy. Please note that no refunds will be provided for the remaining data after the validity period expires.
If the eSIM has been successfully installed and data has been used, we may issue a prorated refund. Terms & Conditions apply.
Fraudulent Purchases: Yoho Mobile reserves the right to deny any refund requests if there is evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or fraudulent activity related to the use of our products and services.
Unauthorized Purchases: Any unauthorized purchase will be investigated and refunded only upon approval. Yoho Mobile reserves the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent activity.
Compensation: No refunds or compensation will be issued for charges incurred from alternate phones, SIM cards, hotel phones, or any charges unrelated to the customer’s Yoho Mobile eSIM account. For more details, please see our Liability and Warranty section in our Terms & Conditions.
To be eligible for a return, your eSIM must not have been activated, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at [email protected].
Faulty eSIM or Incorrect Item Received
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the eSIM is faulty or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Non-returnable Items / Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned. If you have any concerns or questions about your specific order, feel free to reach out to us for clarification.
Exchanges
Once the eSIM QR code has been issued, we are unable to offer exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Please ensure the eSIM is in its original, unused condition (not activated), and that you have the receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
